DESTROY BABYLON is not just our band name, it's our motto. Turns out it's a lot of other people's, too. Of course it's not our idea- we found it in the Bad Brains song title, but it was a Rasta expression long before that. Reaching cultures far beyond it's origins, Babylon represents any person, place or thing that oppresses human rights, so the appeal of its Destruction is universal.
Through the years, we've met many good people that share our passion for the Destruction of Babylon, often through harmless vandelism in the form of stickers. Some have sent us pictures of such acts of human expression. We feel this is your right -- no -- your duty if you believe in this cause.
Purchase anything from the DB merch shop or Music ADD Records, and we'll send you a free stack of stickers with our two-worded mission statement. Send us pics/videos/links of them posted around your local Earth, and we'll document the destruction on the Tag Babylon Blog. For those of you that prefer to do damage from home, we also have digital stickers just waiting to be photoshopped and chopped. Social network fans and fiends should be very familiar with the ways of tagging as well. Every post, whether on a facebook wall or the Great Wall of China, will enter your name in our monthly drawing to pick from the prize pool.
